We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. The cancellation must be completed by emailing KissandTellNailsbyCiera@yahoo.com. It is your responsibility to confirm the cancellation via email was received. If cancellations aren't made within 24 hours, you agree to the set wait time it takes to customize or create your order and you also agree to the design that was chosen for purchase.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  after the 24 hours!

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

For sanitary purposes and due to our nail products being handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for bonnets, headbands, durags, brushes, cups, hats, face masks, jewelry, acrylic powder, sizing kits and press-on nails. If there is a mistake on our end, we will gladly correct it. If that is the case, please email kissandtellnailsbyciera@yahoo.com and include an image of the design defect. If you order a custom design, a picture of the finished design will be sent to you via email before it is shipped out. You will not be able to make changes to your design once it starts being processed nor will you be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of purchase nor once it is complete. So please make sure that the design you are having customized is exactly what you want before placing your order.

***CANCELED ORDERS - IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR ORDER IS CANCELED, MAINLY DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS, AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WAS THROUGH PAYPAL, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PAYPAL FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE.

MEANING, FOR EXAMPLE: YOUR ORDER TOTAL IS $25.83 AND THE PAYPAL FEE IS $0.83, THEN THE $0.83 ($0.83 CENTS) IS NONREFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED $25 DUE TO THE NONREFUNDABLE PAYPAL FEE.

TO AVOID THIS NONREFUNDABLE PAYPAL FEE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU TYPE THE CORRECT ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER TO AVOID YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELED.

***PLEASE NOTE - IF YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, BUT IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS, WE WILL RESEND YOUR ITEM IF POSSIBLE.

IF YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED TO US FOR A SECOND TIME, THEN YOU WILL BE ISSUED A PARTIAL REFUND. ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US WILL BE PARTIALLY REFUNDED.

AS STATED ABOVE, THE PAYPAL FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE. THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNED ITEMS IS ALSO NONREFUNDABLE.

****PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COLORS ON THE NAILS AND ACRYLIC POWDERS IN THE PHOTOS PICTURED FOR EACH DESIGN MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT IN PERSON DUE TO THE LIGHTING IN THE PHOTOS.

 

***ALSO, NO TWO HANDPAINTED DESIGNS WILL BE THE EXACT SAME. DUE TO THEM BEING HANDPAINTED THERE MAY BE A VERY SLIGHT DIFFERENCE.
