Order Processing

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

​

Press On Nails:  Due to all of our nail designs being made to order and handmade exclusively by Ciera Morrison, orders can take up to 2 - 3 weeks to create and ship after it has been made. 

*Please note that this is just an estimate. It is not a guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. It could possibly be shipped sooner but it can also take longer due to the amount of press-on sets that are purchased in your order. 

For example: If you order 3 press-on sets at one time, it can certainly take your order 1 - 2 weeks (or more) to create and ship.

Please keep in mind that all orders are made in the order in which they were received.

***PLEASE NOT THAT THE COLORS ON THE NAILS IN THE PHOTOS PICTURED FOR EACH DESIGN MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT IN PERSON DUE TO THE LIGHTING IN THE PHOTOS.

***ALSO, NO TWO HANDPAINTED DESIGNS WILL BE THE EXACT SAME. DUE TO THEM BEING HANDPAINTED THERE MAY BE A VERY SLIGHT DIFFERENCE.

Adhesive (Nail Glue):  3 - 5 Business Days

Prep Kit:  3 - 5 Business Days

Do you ship internationally?

 

At this present moment, no we do not.

If my package was sent back to you, can you resend it?

​

We most certainly can! Please email us to make sure we have received it and after confirming that it is in our possession, pay the Re-Shipping Fee in our Extras tab and we will ship it back to you. We will send you an email when your order has been re-shipped.

Lost or missing packages?

 

Once your package has been sent to or picked up by USPS from our location and the tracking number that is associated with that order has been updated, Kiss and Tell Nails by Ciera hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Kiss and Tell Nails by Ciera accepts no responsibility and are not held liable for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue any refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your package was marked as "delivered" by USPS but it's missing, please contact your local post office. It could also be helpful to ask any neighbors if they may have accidentally received your package. You can also file a claim with USPS.
